Ron came to my house they same day he explained everything to me what he was going to do to my heater he told me how long it was going to take to vacuum the dust out I enjoyed talking to Ron seems like I knew him forever he is so nice,friendly,humble, Ron is the best in my eyes thank you Ron for doing a super job on my heater

10/12/26: Time to have heater routinely checked. Elmer was excellent. He found an issue and was able to resolve it quickly and effectively. I will continue to recommend Martinelli. 4/10/26: Frank came and repaired my filter space issue and he was excellent. Not only did he do a great job, but he also was able to come early and finished earlier than the expected finish time. I highly recommend Martinelli. Martinelli also did a great job installing a new furnace back in December 2025. Frank and Dennis were excellent.

Ron, Elmer, and Chris were fantastic. Our AC went and they came out super quick and fixed the problem. They go above and beyond!

Always great service with this company ! My AC went out yesterday, called this morning and they were out in a couple of hours, friendly, professional, quickly diagnosed and fixed my problem, house was cold by 5pm.

Elmer and Chris were fantastic! They were both professional, friendly, and QUICK during my HVAC tune-up. While servicing the system, they even found a shredded up manual in the system that had been left behind from the original installation and took the time to clean it up. I really appreciated their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile. They made the whole appointment quick, thorough, and hassle free. Highly recommend Elmer and Chris for their excellent service!

Shevin was excellent! I had a leak coming from my upstairs bathroom, and he quickly diagnosed the problem as a failed toilet wax ring. He explained everything clearly, completed the repair efficiently, and made the whole process stress-free. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful of my home. Checked for possible leakage/repair under bathroom sink. Not needed. Tub faucets needed tightening. Done. Plumber very pleasant and professional.

Edit: I originally gave 1 star, I am upgrading to 5 stars. Rich Martinelli called me a few hours after this scenario and took full accountability. I have since hired them to do my commercial job and I couldn’t be happier. Rich is a stand up guy and I would recommend to anyone. Sent a residential plumber who didn’t want to come to a commercial property and showed his miserable side the whole time. Clearly inexperienced and wasted everyone’s time. “I heard commercial and didn’t want to come” were his exact words. Why waste my time and his? Why say you handle commercial plumbing, set up an appointment and after hearing what we needed done you send out someone who has no clue what he’s talking about. Couldn’t even get to talking details because he’s not even the guy who will quote the job. Someone else would’ve had to come out. What a waste of time and energy.

the technicians that showed up were very friendly and patient. Although this time we elected to use our warranty to complete the repairs, we have used Martinelli in the past and im sure we will use them again.

I had an emergency late Friday night and they answered the phone, were very professional and understanding. While the report was unable to be completed same night, it was very late and there wasn’t any threat of flooding, they were at my door first thing the next morning. The repair was done quickly and very professionally. Highly recommend

Today I received great services from John and his experience I had a tub cold water faucet cartridge stuck which I spend a few days trying to extract John was able to use his available resources and was able to get the cartridge out I was ultimately impressed by his work ethic, friendliness and perseverance and open clear communication and cleared expectations and plans before starting the work I had a replacement part I intended to do myself but John completed that task for me without any hesitation as well John ensured the part was inserted correctly, tested water flow, and checked for leaks several times I had no water flowing at all before John showed up so I am extremely glad he was able to be the technician for us Today!!!

Dan was the AC tech, and he was very professional and polite. Had the job done and explained exactly what he did. I would definitely use them again.

We had an issue with our air-conditioning of course during the heat wave. Martinelli Plumbing was AMAZING from the people that answer the phone to Kathy and the most amazing Technicians They worked through some issues we had and did a great job getting us back up and running. Five stars is an understatement!!! Highly recommend there service plan and this company.

10/7/25: Scheduled service call for heating system. Technician arrived on time, performed the service and informed me of the condition of my unit. As always, Hector did a professional job. He is courteous, knowledgeable and professional at all times. It’s a pleasure having him work at my house. Instantaneous response to my quotation request. Excellent pricing and conveniently scheduled to meet my requirements. Knowledgeable , capable and polite installation crew. Overall, I’ve used Martinelli on 4 different occasions and in each case I’ve it’s been their professionalism that has made me a repeat customer. Ps. I just signed a service agreement with them. 4/14/25 First service went well. On time. Technicians were polite and professional. Cleaned up before leaving and made sure to communicate to me their findings. I’m very pleased with the services that Martinelli provides.

Had the old master Rich come out on a Sat. First time using these guys. I have to say. He was very reasonable and could not be a nicer guy. Great work! Great price! I found my plumber for life.

Dennis (D1) was efficient, professional, and honest!! My touchless faucet wasn't working and Dennis discussed options with me...troubleshooting the problem or replacing the faucet. He was up front with the work involved and the pricing. We highly recommend!

I would give more stars if Google let me. Efficient, speedy, highly professional, and affordable service from start to finish. In the middle of the night on a Friday, we sprung a leak in a pipe and having never dealt with emergency plumbers before I was expecting to be put through the ringer with cost and having to wait till the first available technician within a couple days. Imagine my surprise when I spoke to the man in the morning, in this case, Dennis (D1 to his company), And he immediately was able to schedule me and was at my house within 20 minutes. Gave me an extremely fair estimate and was Completed in less than a half hour. Additionally, he was able to give me some follow up advice on how to maintain the area of the repair. I will be recommending Martinelli Plumbing, and specifically D1, to everyone who I know for their plumbing needs.

Prompt, friendly, honest. That just opens the conversation describing Martinellis'. I reached out in early January around midnight concerning our sewer pipe. Immediately got a text saying they would call at 8:30. They did and by 9:30 Dennis was here. Contract ready on their end, then the winter gates of Antarctica opened. Frozen tundra. Then just for fun the gods threw in another 20 inches. But they came and worked their magic .Dennis A D1, Dennis B D2, Brent& TJ, helpers and Rich on the drums. 😁. Pete & Tommy came later. Dave and his assistant did an excellent job replacing my shower valve and trim. They were efficient, reasonably priced, and left the area spotless. I highly recommend them and will definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing or HVAC needs.

Michael & Brent arrived on time & started working on my water heater replacement immediately, they were hear for about 1 1/2 hours and did a fabulous job. Had a couple of issues with pipes freezing. They sent out 2 techs who were excellent. They were knowledgeable, made sure everything was good before they left, didn't make a mess and were extremely reasonable on price! Highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing help!

These guys diagnosed the issues I was having with my heater. They went through everything, even though the panel read a switch default, they still diagnosed all possibilities anyway that could give the error code. Everything check out and aligned with what code read. I say this as it may seem simple but I had another company cone out before them and he did not do anything as in depth as these guys did

We had no hot water at the only 2 showers in the house. Called on a Monday, they came out for an estimate on Tuesday (offered Monday but we could not do it), and repaired both during the same visit. Lucas was knowledgeable and explained everything in a way we could understand. He even checked our water heater to ensure it was operating properly. 10/10, would call Martinelli again.

Martinelli Plumbing is my go company for all my plumbing and heating needs. They have replaced my water heater tank with a tankless unit, and were able to install it where I wanted it placed, which was clear across the basement from the original tank. they recently came to run a yearly maintenance check on it, and replaced a toilet in my 1/2 bath at the same time. Dennis A. was professional and informative when I had questions... more out of curiosity than concern. The guys are always great and a pleasure to deal with. Well let me say this was an early afternoon on a Friday. They had somebody out here within the hour to evaluate my tankless hot water heater. A gentleman named Dennis was the tech that showed up to evaluate he tried his hardest cleans everything up went through every part in the system to try to make it run. Unfortunately it wasn't going to run. So he had gotten a quote for me which was very reasonable for a new one to be installed and made it his first priority you haven't installed on Monday morning. Never have I ever experienced such kindness and professional from Nancy and another wonderful woman that I spoke to in the beginning all the way to Dennis at the end of the service call. ***OUTSTANDING SERVICE*** I’m in the middle of a demo right now and one of my friends hits a pipe while ripping up some concrete in my back yard. Having no prior knowledge of plumbing I knew I had to call someone, AND FAST. Called up Martinelli and they picked up on the first ring!!! I told them my situation and the gentleman over the phone told me he was gonna make it a top priority job. An hour later, I saw the cleanest red and yellow van in the country. I knew I was in good hands. They provided excellent care and always kept me in the know. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone in the future

Great doing business with Martinelli. Our hot water heater rusted out, causing water to spill out onto my basement floor. I called Sunday morning and they dispatched someone out immediately. They replaced my hot water heater with a new one. Pricing was fair and reasonable! Our plumbing tech Dennis D1 was by far the best! We had a main sewer back up blockage in our Burlington Twp house. It caused the water to back up to come out of the discharge drain for the washer machine. The water was all in the laundry room. I called Martinelli and they were very helpful in sending out someone within a few hours of placing my call. Dennis and Bret arrived earlier. Dennis explained the process and the cost involved in fixing the issue. They quickly figured out where the blockage was and got the pipe drain flowing. Called Martinelli for a clogged bathroom sink on a Sunday afternoon. We scheduled for service on Tuesday the same week. They came out when they said they would and cleared the clog. Great service from Dennis. He was polite, efficient and cleaned up thoroughly after the service. If a plumbing need arises in the future, I would request them again without hesitation! My water main in my house started to leak late at night - not an emergency, but concerning enough I wanted someone there at least the next day. Gave martenilli a call at 9pm, and they had someone here on time at 8am who had the issue fixed in 15 mins (thankfully it was an easier fix) for no charge. Will definitely use them in the future when I need additional work done.

These guys turned up night before - July 4th weekend to diagnose and fix a AC problem on a 90F day. Who knew contractors installing drywall & the dust could completely obstruct your airflow. . Enough said. There is an emergency after hours call fee but worth it in such a situation. Recommending them to all friends & family.

I called 4 different 24hr plumbers as I was facing an emergency with my HVAC furnace and needed someone out here ASAP. No one could come out same day besides Martinelli. They arrived within an hour!! I couldn't be more thankful for their excellent response time and service. I was able to turn my air conditioner back on within an hour after repairs, (condensation line was severely clogged!!) 5 stars to Dennis for his quick response and minimally invasive solution. Now my home has working AC again with this extreme upcoming heat wave!! Highly recommend Martinelli especially for emergencies!!

I had a sewer issue, and Martinelli came out late at night to try and fix the problem. When they weren't able to fix it that night they came back with more equipment and informed me that I needed a sewer line replacement. I had the sewer line replaced with them and was extremely satisfied. They explained to me the specific issues, showed me pictures, and are supportive with my questions after the work has already been done. Dennis and the rest of the team are incredibly patient, knowledgeable, polite, and professional.

We reached out to this company thru Angi’s list and were totally surprised to receive a response not just the same day but within a few hours. Discussed need and made appt for a few days later for an estimate. Estimate was received by us same day, we were given two options and selected the one best fit for our need. Work was scheduled and completed as agreed. Dennis was the gentleman who came and did the work, he was very polite and discussed additional things he saw that were not urgent but would eventually need to be taken care of. I definitely have to say I will be using Angi’s list and this company for additional repair contractors in the future. We first called Martinelli's as an emergency. Installing a new washing machine lead to a leaky valve and discovering a non-functioning whole-home shutoff. Mike was able to quickly come out and stop the leak in such a way that we could still use our washer. While here he gave a very reasonable quote for replacing both the washing machine outlet box and the whole-home shutoff. Despite that shutoff being in a very difficult to reach location behind our water heater they were able to replace it without having to drain and move the heater. Throughout the entire process from the emergency call to the quote to scheduling the appointment and finally the install itself everyone was courteous and professional. As for the install it was done quickly, the results look great and things are working exactly as expected. I'm now confident that my laundry room won't leak and I can shut off the water myself in a future emergency. I will absolutely be using Martinelli's again for any future plumbing concerns.

My experience was overwhelmingly positive. I called the office on Tuesday morning, 3/12, and two techs (Dennis & Mike) came out that same morning to facilitate an estimate. I had the estimate via text within an hour after they left. I approved the estimate, and a scheduler scheduled my appointment for Wednesday morning, 3/13. The technician (Dennis) arrived promptly, completed the job effectively, and explained everything that he was doing. I would highly recommend Martinelli to others with plumbing needs.

They were able to come out and install a new toilet for me same day. The service was amazing, and they were quick and efficient!
