Martinelli Plumbing & Heating, Inc. is hiring a seasoned service plumber who takes pride in clean, correct work and can clearly explain options to homeowners. If you like diagnosing problems, fixing them the right way and building trust (without cheesy sales pressure), you’ll fit here. Responsibilities
  • Run residential and light-commercial service calls: diagnostics, repairs, maintenance
  • Explain findings and present clear options (good/better/best when appropriate)
  • Recommend upgrades or replacements when they genuinely make sense
  • Document work with notes/photos and close out jobs accurately
  • Maintain truck stock, tools and a professional appearance
  • Coordinate with dispatch to run an efficient day
  • Typical calls: Water heaters, leaks, fixtures, drains, sump/ejector, gas piping, filtration, etc.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years residential service experience (light commercial a plus)

     

  • Strong troubleshooting and safe/clean workmanship

     

  • Great communication and customer presence

     

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

     

  • Able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders and work in crawl spaces/attics

     

  • Comfortable using a tablet/job management app (Housecall Pro or similar)

     

  • Ability to work overtime or on-call
